General Surgery
Scissors, forceps, needle holders and retractors: the core of every tray.
Manufacturer & exporter of surgical instruments · Sialkot, Pakistan
Over 4,000 instruments, each forged from medical-grade steel, finished by hand and inspected to the micron, for surgeons who don't get second chances.
01 — The standard
In the operating theatre there is no margin for almost. Every edge we grind, every jaw we align, every ratchet we tune exists for one moment: the moment a surgeon reaches without looking, and the instrument is exactly where it should be.

03 — The craft
Medical-grade bars are heated to 1,100 °C and drop-forged, which aligns the grain of the steel along the instrument's lines of stress.
CNC milling cuts box locks, serrations and ratchets. Each is checked against a master gauge before it moves to the next bench.
Vacuum hardening sets each alloy to its exact Rockwell target: hard enough to hold an edge, tough enough never to crack.
Master grinders set every jaw alignment and cutting edge by hand, then finish the surface satin or mirror.
Citric passivation and electro-polishing build a chromium-oxide layer that withstands thousands of sterilisation cycles.
Every instrument is inspected under magnification, cut-tested and laser-marked for full lot traceability.

04 — Materials
German and Japanese AISI 410, 420 and 316L, chosen for each instrument's job: hardness for cutting, ductility for clamping, corrosion resistance for both.
Grade 5 titanium for micro and ophthalmic work. It weighs 40% less than steel, is non-magnetic, and its anodised matte finish cuts glare under the microscope.
Tungsten carbide inserts on needle holders and scissors, marked with our gold handles. They grip longer, cut cleaner and can be re-tipped instead of replaced.

Sample testimonials, for layout only
“The jaw alignment on their needle holders is the best we've sourced in twenty years. Our surgeons noticed before we told them.”
“Private-label runs arrive exactly to spec, lot after lot. That consistency is why we moved our entire catalogue.”
“Fine instruments that still feel fine after five hundred autoclave cycles. That is rarer than people think.”
